Our Luminore Prosecco Superiore is made with 100% Glera grapes, grown in small plots on some of the steepest hillsides in Italy. After meticulous examination, the fruit was selected and hand-harvested. The grapes were immediately crushed to retain optimum fruit character and then put in a gentle press. The juice was allowed to cold settle before initial fermentation in upright stainless-steel tanks, keeping the temperature between 59 and 64°F. Finally, the wine was aged on its lees prior to secondary fermentation.
